It feels peaceful! / myLot

Good evening .

I'm at home today, watched a movie in the morning, studied, did some workout and took a nap as well. I feel so good after the nap. I think naps are more powerful than a night's sleep.

I feel energized now. I am thinking to have tea now.

I am also at home, for me every day is weekend, because I rarely go out side my home. Nap is good for health. Half hour afternoon nap is equal to 4 hour night sleep.

I just got up after a good nights sleep. When my coffee is finished I will walk to the local school for the Rememberance Day Services. When I return home....I'm hoping to do some baking.

I do at home. I do squats, some I do to reduce side fat using dumbbells and planks.
