Vacuuming And Frustrated

I have been vacuuming for a short while now and I have to take a break.
I am so frustrated. The system of my central vac is giving me trouble. I had the technician come twice already and still trouble.
That's why I am taking a short break here trying to calm myself down.
Earlier during the week, it was the cable that gave me some problems. Fix now.
But my computer tech is coming tomorrow to do some work on it to make it go faster.
Any trouble this week?

@arunima25 I feel the hand vacuum that is for car works for me. For the rest, I go the traditional way, and wait for some good quality automatic sweeping and mopping units.
I am waiting for some of the reputed brands to do a catch up on these types of units.
The iRobot Braava Jet 240 is a floor cleaning robot like a Roomba except this one's made specifically for hard floors. It works on hard wood, tiles, laminate...

We need our homes clean, so when the vacuum isn't working that is not good.
I'm waiting for another week before I can get my car into the collision centre for the repair caused by another driver backing into it and causing considerable damage.
Right now my car is at Jiffy having the winter tires put on, its been there since 10am, and my husband just called and it should be done in the next 30 minutes. Waiting is never fun. They had a few cars ahead of mine to do.

I haven't had problems this week, my mom has with some of her technology things. But, I always say that November is a cursed month. Everything seems to happen

It is a big task for me to take out vacuum cleaner and use it. Luckily I have to use it once in two weeks as in India we have tile floor and it needs regular mopping. Vacuum cleaner is for carpets, rugs, curtains and mattresses.

@marlina Did you try these?
There is general illusion that the dust will disappear once we have finished cleaning the place with broom or whatever. LOL. I feel that with the electrical and plastic parts doing the job there may be additional electrostatic attraction towards dust in the air. While most of the dust present is removed by vacuum, the new dust settles in just as fast. But that is the way it is in my country. It may not be so in your end of world.

@arunima25 , I like to use the vacuum on the regular floor as it picks up better than the broom

@marlina Yes it does. But in our country with tropical climate, dust keeps coming. I broom my living room 2_3 times in a day.

@marlina I think it's good if you have a house with no furniture, tables, sofas and recliners. Even in the bedroom it got stuck under the bad against a leg and I had to crawl under the bed to recover it. I brought the robot back to the store, I was in time to get a refund.

The only problem I've had is having to walk in all our cold rain.

We have many things that need fixing here but we're waiting until we get more caught up before doing them.
We need our kitchen faucet which is new to allow a better stream of water out on a regular basis. I'm guessing that when we got it replaced it loosened minerals founds in our water that is now clogging the sprayer at the end. We've yet to research ways to clean it although we did have my brother over quite a while ago to help. Before we replaced it, it leakd out of the vase but otherwise flowed properly.
We have doors we'd like to replace, were need s new garage door that works right and many other things.

@marlina you mean for me? I don't worry about them, at all. Ever. There's a gal that does side jobs in our area and only charges $25.00 per hour. I plan on having her help us once I want to spend the money. Maybe in the next year or so we can begin working on some of it.

For me, when they first came out with this idea I thought, "cool." Then reality set in. If IT goes out, the whole system is worthless and probably costs WAY more to fix than just going to Walmart and buying a vacuum cleaner. And now the whole worthless system is a part of the house that likely doesn't get used. I'd rather just go buy a vacuum cleaner for $50 that works just fine to get the job done, and if it fails in a couple years, I will just go buy a new one and throw the old one away.
