Health Update Week #12

Since I didn't get a chance to update you yesterday, I thought I would do it right now. Besides having a pint of chocolate ice cream and have a slice of chocolate cake for my junk food vice last week, the weight gain was up and down between 2300-2800 calories. Yet again, my weight bounced around a bit and went back down to 106.8 as I slid back down last week. I told that to my brother yesterday morning when we did our errands (and yes Curbside Express is still free, probably until the end of the year.) He said I'm doing okay, though it didn't go back and went back down again. I hope to get back to 108.8 by this weekend and gain 1.6 pounds. So close to 110 pounds though. Maybe I hope by Thanksgiving weekend too. I did mostly have frozen food dinners with salads last week since I did a medium-sized shopping trip weekend. Even with the chocolate cake and ice cream, I thought i would do the trick. Maybe not enough to gain some weight. In about a month from here, I'll be on my final winter gym break for my annual gym membership when the weather gets colder and icier for me to walk. Hopefully I would regain some weight by the end of the year.

Yeah. Other than I need to fix my scale, I'm doing okay and feeling good.

Indulge in some fried food, some cheese and pastries and you will reach your goal. It's not only how many calories, but from which food. Calories from fatty meats and fried food make you gain more weight.

Between Thanksgiving and Christmas you might be able to gain some weight. Indulge just a bit more over the holidays
