problem with the internet

today we are having problems with the internet ...
for 2 hours I could not access the internet
after I contacted the customer service, I was told to wait for 1 hour, and after I waited for an hour our internet finally returned to normal,
it seems like I can't live without the internet at all, because our television network is online,
so if the internet has a problem everything in my house is confused ...
but thankfully it's back to normal now ..
I'm glad to be here again with all of you.

I am happy to hear that your internet connection is working again. It is annoying when it doesn't work. We also use the internet in so many different ways. We don't have a tv, we only watch movies online and I use the internet to stay in touch with friends from other places.

@leny34 We also have internet problems today. The connection is very unstable. It works for 5 minutes and then it stops working.

Glad it is working again. I only need it for the computers. So it is not a huge problem when it is down.

i use modem at home and wifi at my workplace, but i have internet package too for my phone

I have survived a month with out internet. At least playing my pc game but i got bored too.
