Neon Lights

I think that the one thing that Las Vegas does not need is more neon. The city shines brightly as it is at night and really lights things up. However, there are those who do not think this way and Vegas also has a museum full of neon. Here you can see the neon signs of places that no longer do business in Vegas like the Sahara. You can also see such things as a huge marquee of the historic Moulin Rouge, a giant pool player with a pompadour and other wonders. Many of the signs are impressive enough when unlit but others glow brightly. The museum has a new program called Brilliant! and it makes use of a combination of photography, video. Drones, and 3D technology to bring a series of defunct signs to animation. There are also signs from Binion’s Horseshoe, the Flamingo, and Denny’s which have been lit up and are synchronized to a soundtrack that features classic Vegas headliners like Dean Martin. Has anyone seen this museum?

I've seen a lot in Vegas but never gone to the museum. It may be neat to see but not sure about too much light.
