Sweet potato fries

I got a sweet potato in my veggie box. Love this box I got a combo this week $30 a smaller box of mix of fruit/veggies, dozen eggs and a loaf of bread.
I cut the sweet potato up and sprinkled oil, salt and pepper. I will dip in Spicey mayo.
I boiled the eggs and making egg salad when I get to work for tomorrow lunch.

My boyfriend likes sweet potato fries but I'm not a big fan of them.

Do you usually get eggs and bread in the veggie box? I thought it was all veggies.

They started with a new system. You can get just veggies, fruit or combo. The one I got has smaller size box of veggies and sub it for eggs and bread (or goodies like a small pie).
