Amazon's policies annoy me / myLot

So, as usual, I have a number of Amazon certificates, I wanted to get the Visa card they have onsite, so that I can use it on another site, but oh no, I can't use my gift certificates for that..so annoying..I always forget about this policy and it bugs me every year..Of course they want you spending your money on Amazon..but still. why offer it, if you are going to have all these stipulations around it?

Well, sure they have a point, but I don't think they need to offer the gift cards, if they are going to put all these strings on obtaining them.

Yes, I know..my sister's birthday is coming up and I wanted to get her a Visa, I think I might send her a watch though. I think she would like that.

They sell Visa gift cards but you can't use them on Amazon is that what you mean? Or you got the Visa gift card somewhere else and want to use it at Amazon and can't?

No, they offer Visa cards on the site..but you can't use your Amazon gift card balance to pay for them..Some cards it seems you can, but not Visa or Amazon cards.
