Do you write reviews about the places you visit?

I am local Guide level -6 at Google Maps. I keep posting pictures and my reviews about the places which I visit. It could be a monument, tourists place, market, mall, restaurant or street etc. It is interesting to write reviews about places and I think it helps others to explore those places in a better way. Whenever I need to visit a new place, I also go through the reviews of others to apprise myself of the real situation.
Are you a local Guide on Google? Do you like to write reviews about the places you visit? Do you read reviews of others, before visiting a place?

I can understand your agony that you just cannot go out of station because of your Dad. Nonetheless, you could read reviews written by others about the places which are on your bucket list.

It is interesting to hear that you write reviews on TripAdvisor. I understand your reviews are read by others who want to visit that particular place. Reviews give us a good ideas about a particular place.

That is a good thing to do. It is very helpful for others. Though I travel a lot, I just enjoy it without bothering much about the photos and reviews. I appreciate that you do so.

@dpk262006 I will try to do that though I can't promise. I am a person who is lazy or you see finds it tough to come out of regular routine and do something extra.
Today is my last day of vacation here in Phuket. I have some good pics. Let me see if I can write a review.

I do like doing such things but I only write occasional posts on forum, or discussions and there is no formal blog as such.

That's great of you. Nope, currently I'm not used to writing reviews.. However, whenever we plan some outing, we make sure to get the reviews from web. That helps us so much. It also gives precise information..
