Gelatin or Gulaman (agar)

Until recently I just thought that gelatin and gulaman are the same but my fellow lotter@Corbin5 enlightened me about gelatin. All these years I've always thought that gelatin is from seaweeds. I have been using gelatin on desserts and drinks because it's convenient to use. NOW I have to switch back to GULAMAN which is the healthier one, it's no animal based as it is from seaweeds. it's actually an AGAR, though sometimes so taxing to prepare.

Good to hear that you know now the difference between the two. I like using gulaman too instead of gilatin.
