I got a call last night from my former classmate in high school. Daughter is celebrating her 18th birthday today and they’re having a celebration. I’m invited to attend and I think I’m going. I realized that I’m attending so much dinner for this kind of celebration in the past weeks. Holidays are approaching also where tempting foods are surely served. How could I limit myself to the foods that are no longer advisable for my health? It’s going to be a tough battle. It’s hard to resist but I do not want to suffer as well. I think I need to bear in mind the keyword DISCIPLINE. Photo Credit:pixabay.com

And I'm afraid of that. Gone those days without restrictions.

I hope I will. But seriously I will. It's for the better. @sunrisefan has echoed some reminders underneath.

I think when confronted with our weakness it's a hard battle to face. We Filipinos do love to eat and it is our way to celebrate events. So when confronted with lots of foods talk to as many people until you forgot to eat.

Right " discipline " I think another word I would add is " moderation "

Yes, I need that discipline to moderate the intake.
