No Treadmill Today

I have been exercising on my treadmill all week due to the rain and freezing cold outside. Today the sun has decided to shine. So that means I had to go for walk. It was very refreshing. Still little cool but very nice to feel the sunshine on my face. Soaked in all the Vitamin D rays I could handle. Hope your day is going good. Happy Friday to all. Took this photo from my deck. of a bright sunshine day. Take time to enjoy all the little things life has to offer.

@CarolDM I have sciatica on one side. I walked on the treadmill and within a month could barely walk! I ended up at the physical therapists and worked out there for about a month before I went back to what is normal for me. Now I work out in water aerobics twice a week.

Glad you were able to walk Carol. The tread mill is okay though if it is cold or bad weather good you have it. I got to walk today a couple miles and it felt good too.

@CarolDM It is Wednesday morning here in Jerusalem. I am glad that the sun finally came out for you even though it was cold and you could get out and have some fresh air after being stuck inside because of the rain.
