Back from Arizona

Happy Friday all! I made it back from my 4 1/2 day trip to Arizona just a few short hours ago. Managed to get an hour nap in, a shower and now headed to work for the overnight shift at my job since I couldn’t get the day off. This week has felt nonstop, partially because it has been. Can’t wait for my weekend to kick my feet up. (Realistically I usually like to be busy so I will probably fill my weekend up with various plans and errands).
The trip felt like the perfect amount of time to be gone, just enough for me to miss my bed a little bit.
Got to experience all types of weather in Az. From 25 degrees F up in the Grand Canykn, 50-60s in Sedona and then hotter (about 75!) in Scottsdale. Never traveled to a place where I needed a parka and shorts all at once.
On the upside, I got in over 20k steps each day (besides today, which was spent mostly en route and at the airport). Now I can start planning my next trip!! (Kissing - kind of). I will probably post later in specific parts of my trip, I was lucky enough to see a lot of cool stuff!
What did I miss while I was away? Anything new and exciting?

@maezee That is awesome tho, I want my next trip to be too Colorado. I want to stay at the Stanley hotel, so I better start saving for that.

@hillhjill yes!! I stayed a few miles from there in Estes Park. That is a cool mountain town for sure. I love Colorado!!
