It's a pretty old hotel and looks nice and clean but this cockroach was a pure evidence that the hotel we stayed in wasn't as clean as we expect it to be. As you have seen, it's dead already coz I hunted it down the moment I saw it in our room. What would you do if you saw cockroach in your room? Would you do the same like what I did or would you jump and scream?

You remind me of the commercial of insect spray to the tune of "I Will Survive". I'm not afraid of them but they're pretty disgusting. I think no matter how you do the cleaning and maintenance, they would come back. This is one big problem among food establishment.

i do the same. i will scream while they're flying, but as soon as they land, i go after them with my slipper! i'm more afraid of rats and their bite.

They're everywhere now. Looks like house keeping is getting lazy these days.

I guess so. salary is a big factor but still, it's all in the attitude.
