Maybe you are wondering what time did I post this article, it's night time here in the Philippines. I said that cause we have different time zones here in mylot. I just noticed that my writings bit good and on point during night time. In contrary my mind is like floating when daylight strikes. Do you believe that our bodily functions is affected with time?

I am a day person. I am good at doing some thinking and writings and working when it's daytime. Maybe because I am used to having an 8:00 - 6:30 p.m. job, and I like it.

I'm not used to writing in morning, i think i always lack some essential points to write. Maybe your body acclimatize to it.

Night owl. especially if I'm working a lot of tasks. I don't really mind the night. t has its own peaceful charm and people are already asleep and don't bother you for things or tasks. Mornings for me are hectic since I have to rush a lot of tasks and I have traffic to deal with

I don't like also daylight cause it makes my skin very oily . I think I can't think clearly with oils in my face. During night time, you have a time to be focused and silence makes you think clearly. We are much the same.

I think clearer between 9 am and 1 pm but can function up until around night fall. The change in time here where it's dark at 5 pm is hard on me. I'm feeling it's late and bed time now yet it's only 6:25pm. I won't go to bed until around 11pm or later. It's how I've always been.

@dave121495 I also have that problem sometimes. I used to work nights, and sleep during the day, but sometimes it was a problem to sleep during the day if there was a lot of noise from the outside.

I'm curious really why is it affected. Even in medical science there are times for spikes like our body hormone cortisol which is called our stress hormone it increase highly during morning.
