I discovered that coloring can be therapeutic. I will buy 200 color crayons tomorrow and color more with my niece.
Walking I believe is therapeutic as well, but these days I'd rather hide in my room. I listen to myself and my mood.
Organizing and getting rid of clutter is therapeutic for me as well. What about you?

Are you coloring a coloring book for adults? That became a craze here too, last year, lots would post their colored designs on Fb.
My batchmates said it's indeed therapeutic. No wonder, you found it that too.
Care to post it here? Some have posted theirs here too, the other year. And they were so beautiful and intricate.

@SIMPLYD Yes they are quite intricate and would require much focus. Not my cup of tea, I think. I'm good with the Grade 1 coloring pages lol. Thanks for sharing though.

I like to color--though these days it seems there's so much going on I don't have time to do it. I've been doing a lot of walking in the past few months, too.

I like to sketch, write in my journals, and do gardening. All these help me relax. Talking to friends and neighbors also help.

I find all these mentioned by you quite therapeutic. Any art and crafts work is like a meditation. I enjoy paper quilling and embroidery also very relaxing for me.

Lovely activities. What is paper quilling. I find embroidery challenging. Crosstitch is easier.

@yoalldudes Paper quilling is an art of quilling thin paper strips using a quilling needle or comb and making shapes out of it and then creating different things out of it. Embroidery is fun but you need lot of patience and time.
