Bring snacks

Organized eating is one of the enemies of healthy lifestyles. To reduce the likelihood of snacking between meals, you should make it a habit to bring healthy snacks every day to work or to go somewhere. Snacks are simply fruit or yogurt. After only a month of eating a carbohydrate-free snack, you will notice positive differences in your health.

I am not over cautious about what I eat but try to avoid junk. I eat onlythe quantity what I really should. The fact is I workout regularly and having the same weight for last 20 years (plus - minus 2 kg)

@theend You can say that but being a formal badminton player and having done hard workouts the workout I do presently is almost nothing .
