Chief Cook and Litter Box Changer

Since my cat Sid has started coming in and going out through the bathroom window I have become his chief cook and litter box changer. It does surprise me too but he comes inside to use the litter box. In Latvia when he was in and outside in the garden he always made the outside his toilet but not now. A couple of days ago he added a job to my list and that is of a groomer. Now in the evening, he comes in meowing loudly and demand to be brushed carefully. Once he looks like his own handsome self he eats and disappears once more. I keep thinking he must have some lovely cat females hung on his every word during the night since he wants to look so good. I only wonder it this is a trait of a cat who has been fixed. The only problem is that the jobs keep adding up but I have not seen a paycheck yet.
He is getting swifter on his comings and goings and all the is left for me to say is – Elvis has left the building.

My darling Sid actually deserves to live a life like this since he is already 12 and back in Latvia when he was adopted at the age of 4 he had been abused the first three years of his life and thrown out onto the street @xander6464

Sid is so handsome. Perhaps there is some visitor outside that he is cautious about and so refuses to be vulnerable enough to make an outside pit stop. Princess, on the other hand, prefers to go outside.

There is plenty of territory for him to go outside but he comes dashing in @GardenGerty my friends suggest covering the box and making him have to do it outside but I don't want to confuse him if this is what he wants. In Latvia, he always went outside and in the winter when there was snow there were little brown piles on top of the snow always

Sid looks like my female Sox @RasmaSandra ; only not quite as thick a coat. Boy do I feel ya though. You should hear the verbal discussions that go on here with my 14.

Sneezy, my cat who disappeared, used to go out and come in to eat and go back out. Lily, my other cat, stays mostly indoors now because of the cold. I'm doing a deep cleaning of her litter boxes tomorrow.

He kind of makes me jump when I am working on the PC and I don't hear him. Then he jumps on the table behind me and next thing I hear is a meow right in my ear @allknowing
