Relaxation: Do you exercise in the morning at home to start the day?

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening Mylotters It`s a very nice day over here for me but of course the weather is still cold since winter is really coming over soon. Anyways I`m just wondering if you take time atleast 30mins exercise on your free time at home just to help you start a day for relaxing or whichever time you can relax. I make simple yoga style of exercise in the morning to help me out to start a day good before mylotting and having my breakfast. How about you my dear mylotters? Do you exercise at home on your 30mins. free time it can be Morning/Evening or Afternoon? I hope you can share it with me here Photo:google

I don't exercise at home. Unless you consider typing as exercise, then yes. My fingers get a lot of exercise. I do all my exercise at the YWCA at 5 AM, swimming for an hour. Then come home to eat and myLot and get busy with my writing for the day.

Sometimes I do Zumba with my small nieces and cousin on weekend. Not everyday exercise.

Unfortunately I don't exercise and this means my joints and muscles are not as supple and mobile as it should be. I try doing a few minutes of stretches in the morning, but this is erratic.

You don`t have to exercise very hard just a little walk and breathing exercise will do.

I was regular on morning exercise but not on it at present. However, I wish to go back that habit very soon. I spent only 15 minutes and that will be enough for me.

Yes, I make a quick exercise, though about 20 minutes only, but enough to make me sweat, everyday, before I get ready for work. It makes any lethargy I might be feeling, gone. It also make me feel lighter and i noticed I fastly move when I am able to exercise.

@SIMPLYD I used to have a DVD for Yoga and just got used to eat. It`s like a meditation mostly. It`s really for relaxation

I go for a walk , 8000 steps is my limit. I try to do that whenever I can during the day.
