Notifications Finished for Today

That doesn't mean I did 402 notifications this morning. It means I have November 16th notifications finished.
Time for me to finish New Horizons and get started on the sequel. I still have 6000 plus words to write to get to 50K and 9 days of writing yet to do for the NaNoWriMo challenge. If possible, I will also get another chapter edited in Thread of Evidence.
Right now, I don't know if anybody will join me tomorrow for Thanksgiving. I did invite my son and grandson, also a friend who is alone now that her husband passed in September. She's still in shock over that, and I don't blame her.
I did get the rest of the food for tomorrow, so the menu for tomorrow will be: turkey, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, fruit blend, broccoli, and pumpkin cream pie with whipped cream. Yes, I bought something sweet. Hopefully, I'm not the only one eating it. It's not a big pie, so that's a good thing.
I have 330 notifications left as of right now, but no doubt when I return tomorrow to work on November 17 it will hit 400 again.

It is, and now I'm down to 200! That makes me very happy. The end is in sight, of course, it doesn't last more than a few minutes when you do get to the end.

@DianneN I will be under 200 today, and depending on the time, I like to get started on my book by 10 AM or the latest noon, I should be close to finishing the notifications. I'm on November 24 today, so it could happen that I clear them out. It would be the first time this month.

I had a busy month last month working on a book for the NaNoWriMo 50k challenge. I still made it here every day, but not as much as I usually do. Now, I'm busy again this month with a deadline for a book that will be published next year.

I have been really good lately at keeping my notifications well under 50. I actually hate to have a lot of them for whatever reason. I am earning well enough and keeping up well enough, so that keeps me on the happy side of MyLot. As for deaths in the family, it is always especially hard on holidays—you are so used to sharing these happy times with those we love. Now get to writing!

She turned her phone off and completely cut herself off from people on Thanksgiving. I feel so bad for her. It's going to take her a long time to recover from her husband's passing.
I usually get about a hundred notifications a day.
