Have you taste nata de coco? Please don't ask me how this is being done. Because I don't know. Well, I have the slightest idea-- this is made from coconut. Our coconut have gone a long way when it comes to different foods like delicacies it is made to. Nata de coco is just one of so many delicious products. That color are just artificial one but the taste is like a gummy one. Not too sweet but there is a taste like the water. We usually add this to halo-halo or mais con yelo or a juice drink. Or eaten just like this. Its soft to the mouth like marshmallow. Yes it is made from coconut fruit and it taste good. You gonna love it.

Its very chewy, Its called coconut gel but its not a jelly. Its actually some sort of fungus form from coconut water. Its delicious additives to drinks and desserts.

This is it, thank you very much for this information. I really don't have the idea of how this is being made or cook but I know this is available in the market.

It more looks like gelatin and when you chew it, it is like you are chewing a rubber with sweet and sometimes sour taste. It is weird to look at but I just realised that they can become colourful already. The original color of this is white almost transparent to opaque white.
