How old do you feel inside

I feel young, free by the lamb and so alive! I thank God and His Holy Spirit for allowing me to feel this way. =) Being around kids so much helps too.

I feel young and young at heart most days. Today, not so much.

We have a saying here "kalabaw lang tumatanda" or, only the carabao are getting old. Men here wouldn't accept they are old especially when performance is concern, so I may say, I feel like 30 years old.

I feel like I already am in my 60's because I feel weak most of the time. Lol

Ahh I love this post!!!! How old or how young you feel depends all upon one thing, the way you think. I am only in my early 20s, however, I am wise beyond my years. While my friends sit there and envy god knows what on social media, I find myself curious about the world. I am one of the very few people in the world who genuinely listens to someone when they talk. I have a veryyyyy strong personality and I have the ability to think for myself. My friends may call me rude, but all I do is challenge others to be the best versions of themselves. Not only do I have my young friends coming to me for advice, but adults often ask me as well. Decision making, your thought process, and you’re approach on certain matters throughout life defines the age you feel.

A few years ago I felt physically and mentally a lot younger. Since I turned 40 I feel a little older both in body and mind.
