Toothpaste with Sodium Fluoride caused pimple

I'm little stressed everytime I looked at the mirror. I have pimples around my mouth. I feel frustrated and it affects my self esteem.
I went to my dermatologist last Sunday. She told me to change my toothpaste. She suggested a toothpaste that has no sodium fluoride. Most probably it is the caused of my pimples because I have a sensitive skin.
So today, I bought it. Hopefully, these annoying pimples subside soon.

Not really an allergy but a condition of fluoroderma.

@nnkrlwndrlst ok.. too much chemical so are you using herbal now? I think they don't have flouride

Don’t ever let something so small, such as a pimple, lower your self esteem, because then you are letting it define who you are. Who you are comes from you’re unique and strong personality, which I am sure you have an abundance of positive qualities to you as well. Sometimes we forget how unimportant the little things in life even are. I am guilty and I do it myself, but sometimes you need to think to yourself how lucky you are that you are in good health, because in the end, good health is all that matters. You are beautiful!
BUT, I do have a skin care tip! The absolute BEST product for any kind of pimple or skin care problem is CASTOR OIL!!!!!! I highly recommend it.

Maybe we have this moment in life that makes us a little frustrated. Ill keep that in mind.

@nnkrlwndrlst Some years ago I have problem of toot aches and I was using pain killer for it. Now for some years I am using herbal tooth paste, Dabur Red. I have not problem of tooth aches.
