Oh No! I Have It Again!

About 4 years ago, I had alopecia areata.
I had injections on my bald spots , for more than 2 months . I also had the cream being massaged to it every night and morning more than 7 months. After that, the bald spots had full grown hair already.
Late October this year, I discovered one small bald patch. Then lately, another one, appeared!
Oh no, I have it again! It means injections on my two bald spots and creams again.
I shall be seeing the dermatologist tomorrow.
I cannot deny that I have been getting stressed by looking for suppliers of the big machines at our substation. It was difficult to find one, and we need 3 quotations.
I lack sleep because I was anxious to find suppliers at the soonest. My immune system has gone down again.
Whew! But if I was able to survive it before, then certainly, I can again.
Have you ever been so much stressed? How did it manifest in you?

I hope that you will find a treatment that works well.
I have had bald spots, too, but in my case it was an allegic reaction. I wore a hat every day in order to cover it. It is almost gone now, but my hair is still a bit thinner on the right side.

@SIMPLYD I got two different kinds of allergy creams. My doctor told me to try them, they helped but they didn't remove the problem completely. Eventually my hair came back.

@Porcospino Oh, two creams.
Actually, the hairs will eventually come back, but it will take a long time. I don't want that.

Finally, these week these two major concerns about the substations will be over. I already have more than 3 quotations for each. I shall be submitting them for bidding, once the one who pleaded to wait for their quotation will finally give theirs by tomorrow.

That one is so expensive. And it takes a long time for it to start growing. Unlike the injection. Less than a month hairs will start growing. You can feel the baby hair.

Alopecia is mostly caused by stress. I can't help gettin stressed at work, because they look up to you to deliver in a specified time frame.
I have experienced this before so this time i know what to do to expedite the regrowth of the hair.

@Courage7 It's inevitable. As the head of Procurement Dept. I am responsible for finding big suppliers for circuit breakers and the like at a specified time. And it's difficult to find aomw who can give quotations at once.
But, i don'r worry.much for my alopecia, becaue I have dealt with it already before.

So you too, had it before.
I am confused with what you stated. You mean fry the white onion and apply them to those bald patches.
Actually, I am apply 30 minutes before I shampoo, onion juice to my thinning hair. Hairs started growing after 2 weeks.
I tried it to my bald patches but it seems they need a stronger intervention and that is the injection.

@Nevena83 Yes.
Though, I stopped taking a supplement that costs a lot too, 3 months ago, when I started taking medications. That supplement is good at boosting the immune system.
So, the other night, i bought them again. I took one in the mid morning and one , an hour after snack and two hours before dinner.
I slept well, so I feel so good yesterday, filled with energy.

Yes, I will.
Actually, I will have my undertime this morning , so I can go to the dermatologist.
I again bought MX3 which really help me strengthen my immune system. I stopped it 3 months ago when I was in medication for my fatty liver, since it costs me a lot of money.

@Iam_jauntyjen And you just let the mistreatment be. Didn't you just resign to escape that school director?

@SIMPLYD It was a terrible experience. I worked as an assistant to the school director in 2003- my first job. Although my boss did not mistreat me like my other colleagues, I was petrified by her. The thought that I might get torn down to pieces if I made a mistake, caused me a lot of stress. There was never a moment that I never clutched on my rosary, whenever she was around.

Most of the time I am stressed.
You know how stressful it is when you think you can walk straight but you cannot.
That you think you are light but you are not.
That your hair is getting thinner that every time you take a bath and comb it, a lot of hairs are falling.
Yes, I so stress this year.

What does stress do to you? I cannot sleep well when I am stressed, thus this.
