Well learning now in depth of the subject. It is interesting that the chemical formula of the essential oils is, CH2 = C ( CH3) CH = CH2 Carbon, Oxygen, hydrogen. The main building block is isoprene. So for those of you that are good in chemistry. There is so many people online that tells you all kind of fruit loops things about essential oils, that, I had to get myself equipped with the real truth about it. So by studying about it. There is more to it to know about then just the surface. You have like any kind of other things in the pharmacy, you have to use the oils cautiously. Because of there concentration. Now I am not going in detail here, the market is so saturated by some Joe blow that don't know much about it and are trying to teach you. Like those MLM oil groups . It becomes very frustrating for those like me and you that is searching for the real good source, that can unable you to get to know the right way. Well the only way is to take a class from professional on the subject. Don't have to go to college for that.

Chemistry was my subject in college and I loved it. Having said that I live on trust and believe when recommendations are made by 'reliable' sources. No other way. We cannot be doubting Thomas in everything that we do.

Always it does not mean that I doubt, but out there you don't always have reliable sources.
