My Kind of Cheesecake

I love cheesecakes! And I made some yesterday. Since my daughter"s taste has been bitter since she got sick. She eats very little because everything almost tastes bad. Some food she can eat are thise a bit sweet and sour. So I decided to make her a cheesecake since I have a block of creamcheese in the ref. I made it plain bevause I do not have much ingredients and I do not have the time to go out. I use crushed graham, butter and a bit of sugar for the crust and creamcheese and a bit of condensed milk. I did not use any measurements here, I m sorry. It is just instinct and taste that I use. So far, she likes it though her appetite is not back yet to the fullest level. As you can see in the photo, the cruat is almost as thick as the filling. ?? What is your favorite flavor of cheesecake?

I like to make a plain cheesecake with a strawberry topping, the crust must be thin, nobody in my family likes a thick crust.

that was a mistake for me. lol you are right. The crust should be thin. I will measure it next time. Though it is good, it will be much better to have a thinner crust.

@rakski It is better to have a thinner crust especially considering the high calories of the crust.

Blueberry for me. Since I don't know how to bake or make those, I just buy from my favorite local restaurant which make one of the most delicious cheesecakes.

I do like this style of cheesecake, but not nearly a fan of it as I am of New York style. Baked. Just denser and seems to have way more flavor. But that's just me.

@rakski Not to say custard style is not good. Just not my favorite. But you can bet I'd still mow it down.

I think it's very tasty, even though it looks simple, maybe if I made it I would add a little strawberry jam on top
