Some people have found that singing helps greatly. I have known people who stutter dreadfully and are tongue-tied when they talk yet who are flawless when they are singing a song. The trick, I believe, is to think of what you want to say as the words to a song - after all, everyday speech has a 'tune' and rises and falls in pitch naturally. There are tutors who can help you to use that method, so you may consider it worth looking into.

Your feelings are very understandable. I've read that there are different types of, and causes for, stuttering. And some people who stutter say that when they have a cold they don't stutter at all. I found a link you might find interesting, even helpful. Or not.
But either way, you have friends here who can see the real person beyond the stuttering.
Natural treatment options and therapies for stuttering can assist in the treatment of the condition, such as magnesium, baking soda, and Vitamin C.

We all have weaknesses, friend. Even me, my main problem is that I don't have a great fighting spirit.

@didinedhia Yeah, I know but I always keep myself safe, sometimes, afraid to gamble my fate.

Well... that's interesting, Dhia. (I am sorry you are afflicted with a stuttering problem, but there may be ways to get around that.)
Do you stutter when you sing? (One man here who stutters found he didn't stutter when he sings. (He is a famous singer here.) So he constantly hums and says the words he wants to say while he hums and doesn't stutter then.)
I hope you continue to tell us things about yourself and your family.
Oh, I probably should tell you that if I ever ask you a question that you consider too personal, please tell me. I tend to want to help people with their problems, so I look up the problem online and suggest things that may help them.
Also, would you like me to help you with your English? (Do you use American English or British English? It appears you're using American English, but I could be mistaken about that.) Many myLotters come here to help them learn English. Often they ask others here to help them write it correctly. If you prefer not, then I won't tell you when you've made a mistake. (That is totally up to you. We aren't allowed to comment on how someone uses English unless that person asks us for help.)
And I see someone else must have mentioned that you will earn more here if you keep a conversation with someone ongoing, without getting silly about it.
