How will I know if he is Ban from MYLOT or not

There is a friend of mine on here and I have not been seeing him online and I try to send a message to him it is saying "this user does not allow message" something like that. so I guessed maybe he was banned or something else.
Please if he was banned how will I know ??

our account settings here at mylot have 3 options for messaging preferences, namely: 1. Anyone can message me, except for those I've blocked. 2. Only those I follow can message me. or 3. No one can message me.
