Not So Healthy Dinner December 5th.

I really have to get back on my salads and vegetables only! After all I do not want to regain the weight I lost and I need to get the blood pressure back down and the cholesterol. I fried up more deer meat, then did the double whammy, I made gravy. Next the triple whammy, mashed potatoes! Sweet peas for the green of the meal. So there my Wednesday night not healthy dinner. What did you have?

@andriaperry it's not everyday I suppose? What we put in to our body is half of it, how our bodies burn and consume it makes for the other half, how we burn at times are affected by certain physical and pathological conditions, just don't do it often.

I know what you mean. We braved Walmart's craziness tonight cause hubby needed to buy a couple of things for a kid- the Giving Tree- so we were extra hungry when we got home. I had made potatoes cooked with nutritional yeast and almond milk, had cabbage on the side. BUT needed more protein so we bought a little deli turkey meat and yup, shared a chocolate cupcake. Tasty on a cold night, though. The potatoes were kind of like scalloped potatoes but less salt than when my Mom used to make them from a box mix.

I'm having organic chorizo sausages I got from Whole Foods...funny how the word organic makes it seem healthy.I'm having my multigrain rice too white short grain, brown long grain, lentils and barley all mixed with my organic chorizo sausages. Going to have some pickled vegetable and prepared seaweed with my organic chorizo sausages. I bought some dried ahi or tuna, and sliced it up and love it with hot rice, so I'd probably munch on this too. So me too not so healthy foods tonight but they are good!
