Yes when out shopping or doing anything and then home wash your hands first.
wash about three minutes or so.This for me is the best remedy.
All the anti sensitizer is not fool proof.Washing your hands.
You see Dr.scrubbing their hands.They do it with soap.
When ever your out or in.Do it.

Yes, first thing I do when I come home is wash my hands. I also try to build my immune system so that it strong.

Handwashing is important, but so is building up some immunity to nasty little germs. Also, it's more about HOW you wash your hands. I learnt how to do it properly in a childcare lesson at work last year, and now - when I'm feeling particularly grubby - I always do it that way!
