vertigo

Hi all,
after I went to the doctor because my head was dizzy.
and the doctor told me that I suffer from vertigo,
indeed this feels so painful that I cannot stand up.
the doctor gave me a recipe, and after I took some of the recipes, the pain in my head had begun to disappear.
and my doctor did not forget to give me tips on good food tips to overcome vertigo,
that is:
spinach
paprika
egg whites
noni
banana
citrus fruit
avocado and ginger
I think I will start consuming it all,
do you also experience vertigo, as I feel?
and if ever, does it really feel so painful as I experienced it?

Oh dear you are experiencing this sorry to hear it.
My Mother RIP had suffered with this all her life. It is very terrible to deal with.
I hope it will be okay soon.
She sometimes got the treatment called The Epily and it helped it like so: It balances the ear crystals. It is an easy maneuver to do to treat vertigo

I eat bananas practically every day and also eat a salad and that may be why I don't have that problem?

I hate that you're suffering from it. I hate that anyone suffers from it. I've had pain so severe they thought it was a kidney stone, and I'd take that again over vertigo, that's how bad I hate having it.
I pray you get over it quickly.

I had vertigo years ago when I was still working. I got up to go to work one day and I was so dizzy. I held onto the door frame in my bedroom as I felt like I was spinning all over the place. I haven't had them in years.
