A single word name

in Indonesia, some people have only one word only, yes, on word, for example, sriyadi, Maryadi, painem, Rukayah. ussually they are from the old generation. but we still many of them. even we dont have family name, only certain ethnics have family name and that it is not majority in indonesia. for example, the name of my president, joko widodo, the widodo is not a family sems complicated for you?
