This is the lighted float of the town of San Esteban, the place of my wide, that emerged as champion in this year's contest of Electrical Float parade.
This is part of the annual celebration tagged as Feria de Candon of the city of Candon in the province of Ilocos Sur.
This year's theme is about flower. In the fluvial theme the 22 municipalities were assigned flowers to depict in their float.
I'm not sure but this one is hibiscus.
But one thing is for sure-- the floats were grandeur in this night.

Some took it 6 months to make the floats and set up the lights though few just make it in 1 month.

@ilocosboy Six months is a lot of hours and work but I'm sure they think the result was worth all their efforts.
