Of all the delicious drinks, I was advised to drink the bittermelon juice

It is because of the many bruises in my body. Our family friend told us that I might be suffering from anemia again so its better to eat foods that will help me gain more red blood cells and drink bittermelon juice. Although, its taste is disgusting, I have to do it to improve my health.

There are different types of anemia. I have iron-deficiency anemia. I take supplements and eat leafy greens every day and have my CBC done every month. Have you had your bruises examined by a doctor?

Try to drink it. But I think you need to go to a doctor. He will recommend some blood tests.

I am scared of blood test. I really don't like seeing a doctor.
