Christmas Desserts?

Do you have a particular dessert/treat that you make for the Christmas Season? I made it a ritual, each year, when my boys were young, to bake real Toll House (chocolate chip) cookies. Some years, I would add chopped pecans like the package says and some years I would skip using them. It depended on if I had the pecans on hand. They always turned out perfect either way I made them and the cookies didn't last long, since everyone loved them.

@LeaPea2417 I love chocolate truffles, but I risk to eat too many while I make them.

Cookies sound great for the Christmas season! In my family, we make a bunch of different kinds of candy and then swap with other relatives.

I always make buckeyes. Often times I will make different cookies and candy also.

Chocolate mint squares are what I make only at Christmas. They're time consuming to make, but only having them at Christmas makes them more special. You chocolate chip cookies sound delish!
