It is a good day here in Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It's a bit cold with temps in the 20s and wind chills in the teens. Skies were blue with few clouds. No snow expected here before Wednesday, though I understand many of you are experiencing a heavy snowstorm. My condolences to you. Okay, enough with the weather report. This past week I had the pleasure to take my new friend to Writer's Guild. I had the pleasure of taking her to church this morning, and she will be returning. I finished notifications before I left this morning, and I intend to finish them again before I go to bed. I'm happy to report the Packers beat the Falcons 34-21. I didn't see the Packers in the hunt for the playoffs, but from what I understand that can change. I can only hope. I just finished another chapter on Thread of Evidence as I subdivided the 28-page chapter for the second time a few minutes ago. I have 160 pages to go before the end of the month. I'll do it. I put a pot roast in the crockpot before I left for church this morning, and had part of it for lunch while I watched the game. I think I'll either finish it or have more in a little while as I'm getting hungry. I found out where I can get the coconut milk yogurt this morning, and I will definitely get it on the next major shopping trip. That's what I've done today. How was your day? Thanks for reading.

The NY Giants won today, too, which made my husband very pleased. I’m on a diet, btw!

@just4him Thanks and I’m happy the Packers won. It’s a good feeling to be winners! Just cutting down on carbs and portions. I eat more than my husband! I don’t eat fattening desserts, bread, gravy, or too much red meet.

@just4him here it is cold today from our standards- some early morning rains and currently at 10 o ' clock ignore is somewhere around 18 C.

I am glad that your team won. I decided to only eat lean meats, fish and no desserts and carbs until Christmas, so I can enjoy the desserts and Christmas goodies.

At least today they did. They don't have a good record this year. They fired two coaches last week, the head coach and one other.

I see tons of coconut milk yogurt in the local grocery stores. It shouldn't be hard to find. So many people are looking for dairy alternatives these days and they are trying to avoid soy--coconut and almond milk products are pretty mainstream.

My friend told me where she gets it at, so I'll be going there. I hope it's at Wal-Mart though, as that's where I mainly shop.

@NJChicaa I get most of my groceries there. I like to get my fresh produce from the local grocery store though. It's always better than Wal-Mart.
