Back in November I took a quick 4 1/2 day trip to Arizona and I wanted to chronicle the different parts of the trip we took, but got a little distracted along the way for the past couple of weeks, so I wanted to finish this up with a few more places tonight that I visited while on my short trip. I finished my last day in Arizona, after hitting the Grand Canyon, spending a couple of days hiking and relaxing in Sedona, going through Flagstaff, and finally spent the last day in Old Scottsdale, Arizona, which is a quick 20 ish minutes from downtown Phoenix, close to the airport. Some folks have told me some people call it "Snobbsdale", but I didn't really totally get that. It was a pretty small town with a lot of different shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment. They had an "old western" type look to the place, but still had a lot of modern, nice shops and places to eat. I also noticed they had those "Bird" scooters laying around everywhere. We even rode a couple for a minute. I thought this town was a nice change of pace from Sedona and the Grand Canyon area, a bigger small town. We did not check out any of the surroundings, so I am not sure what historical or natural landmarks are near by. It was a good choice to wrap up the trip, just relax, walk around. Plus, the temperature, back in the middle of November was around 75 degrees Farenheit and sunny, which felt amazing! Have you ever been here, or to a town like here? Or any trips coming up for you?

It is! I would suggest not going in November. That is when the north rim is closed for winter and it is very cold and windy up there!

Arizona can become humid. There are so many describing how they're trips or vacations are. How nice! Perhaps there will be more trip shares.

I've never been to the US and doubt I ever will but if I did visit top of my list would be yellowstone and then some ghost towns...we don't have anything like that over here.
