Buffet with Decoration

While out running errands we stopped for lunch. A nice country buffet is a favorite. I love the fried chicken, potatoes, green beans, corn, cole slaw, cornbread and yes the desserts. All of this for $5.00 every Monday.
We have not been here in a few weeks. They were all decorated for Christmas, of course, like everybody else. I thought the photo above was a really cute and festive decoration. So I snapped it to share with you.
I was so glad to get back home, as I always am. The closer is gets to Christmas, the more I plan to stay home. I think I have everything done for now.

I have had a very quiet Monday. $5.00 for a Monday meal that is not fast food, that is spectacular.

That's a nice welcoming site for all of their customers, sets the mood doesn't it?
I did not have a really wonderful Monday, it was more manic and upsetting then anything.
But, I think of what a friend used to tell me when I would stress, and that was and this too shall pass.
I hope that it passes like the day and doesn't carry over into my Tuesday.

Today's Monday is a so-so thingy.
I wish we could have that $5 buffet where my daughter and I are at right now. Not much place to eat around here and I think this might be the reason why people here are gaining weight.
There are amusement parks, zoos or even malls where people can walk for awhile.
The only place where people usually walk for awhile is the super center we have here :-(
I wish too, by God's grace I can loan from the bank and do this $5 buffet business !!!!!

I love those cute decorations! It was rainy, windy and cold here today, so of course we went shopping! It cleared up a little and it felt good to get out of the house.
