Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 33 degrees F here at the Jersey Shore with a high expected of about 43. I just finished doing a breathing treatment on my nebulizer. It seems that I've had to do one morning and night almost every day for the past 2 months. I don't know why my asthma has been so bad lately but this is really getting old. I also had my breakfast of 2 scrambled eggs mixed with sauteed vegetables (red onion, zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes, baby spinach) cooked in coconut oil. I was happy to see the number on the scale this morning when I weighed myself. It is the lowest it has been in about a year. It would be nice to continue that trend. I'm not going to the gym today, though. I went yesterday and I'm going tomorrow. I can't do 3 days in a row. Our workouts are too tough to do 3 in a row. So it is just work for me today and then I have the afternoon to rest and relax. What's everyone else up to?
