Potato salads are a must in barbeques. Some people don´t like it, but I do. My eldest daughter makes a rice salad, cold and with several veggies. My potato salad must have homemade mayo and a diced hard boiled egg. It also has finely diced dill pickles.
Do you like potato salad? How do you make yours?

I like potato salad when I was married did not get it because my husband did not like it and I would not make a small batch just for me and my kids.

It is not that hard to leave one person out. You can always have white rice in the fridge.

I usually put a bit of mustard, but I didn´t dare today as there were people I didn´t know if they liked it that way.
