What's for dinner? December 12

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell!
I'm making pan-seared chicken tenderloins that I marinated in a mixture of chopped garlic, dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, dried thyme, white wine, and extra virgin olive oil. To go with it we will have leftover jasmine rice from last night and green beans in a lemon-vodka cream sauce. The green bean recipe comes from Amy Thielen's The New Midwestern Table cookbook.
That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!
