A 15 year old male teen is being praised by the authorities for risking his life to save his mom, aunt and his younger sibling who were inside a townhouse that caught fire on Monday just after midnight in Muskego Wisconsin. The mom was in the living room with her two children watching television when they fell a sleep. A pop explosion inside the townhouse that started in the living room started a fire that could have been a huge disaster had the 15 year old boy had not called 911 to report the fire. After his mom attempted to put out the fire by trying to use water on the flames, she suffered an arm injury that required her to get treatment in a local hospital. The 15 year old teenager then took his mom out of the burning home to safety, then he entered the same townhouse to save his younger sibling. After he rescued his mom and younger sibling, the teen went next door to rescue his aunt who is legally blind to safety. Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Chief Marty Rukavina did give praise to the teenager for rescuing his relatives by risking his life to enter a smoked filled room to rescue his relatives. Muskego Police Chief Richard Rens also praised the teen whose name as his relatives were not released to the public. The mother of teens was taken to Waukesha Memorial Hospital where she was treated for burns in her arms before she was released later in the evening. The only clue of how the fire started was due to an oxygen unit that was her when the house fire began according to Officer Rens.

I'm glad he was a quick thinker and got everyone out and called 911.

Most stories of people rescuing their relatives or strangers is that they have a desire to do what is right no matter what the cost since they claim that they could not live their lives if they stay on the sidelines.

That is a good idea to have a fire extinguisher in everyone's home. Due to the rent laws in Lake Charles, there is a fire extinguisher in the kitchen.

That is what the Fire Chief and Police Chief told the media that the teenager risked his life to save his relatives before the firefighters arrived to put out the fire.
