She drives me nuts, she really does. All of a sudden the grey monster thing on wheels took her off and I was forced to go and be spoiled and petted and generally made a fuss of next door for at least three whole days. Now she is back and says she vistited her mum. Her Dad was still in hospital and she and her mum untangled the fairy lights and had a Chinese meal. Then she visited her daughter and grandson and cleaned their flat as her daughter had flu and went to grandson's Nativity. Now she is back and cleaned the kitchen floor. It is about time. I sat on the laptop in revenge and insisted I was petted and petted and petted, but now I have gone out because it is the middle of the night and we cats do. Love from Freya, the Catblog Catxx

My Sid sends Freya his sincerest meows. He too is in and out and tonight gave me a rendition of the cat's night song singing loudly sitting on the bathroom windowsill. Love the photo. Here is my creature.

Yes she does. I trained her well. If she could just stay where she is meant to be all the time, life would be perfect. Love from Freya the Catblog Catxxx

Yes, but that grey thing that takes her away is my sworn enemy. I have been in it in a cage. I managed to escape and she had to make it stop on the motorway. I don't know why she was shaking. Nor was I pleased she closed all the windows and put me back in it again. We ended up at her mums and nobody would let me out in the garden. Another time it took me to a vet and I shook for hours becaue the waiting room was full of dogs and I was only a kitten then. Love Freya, the Catblog Catx

No I did not. I have the Human next door trained. If my Human goes away, she feeds me and I sit on her lap. We are great friends and I borrow her house all the time. My Human left a Christmas stocking with Human 2 next door who used to be Human 3 until Human 2 went to wherever Humans go in the end and so I promoted Human 3 to Human 2 for good behaviour. I also had a very delicious Christmas dinner which I hope to repeat very soon. It seems if you insist on the expensive stuff there is more meat in it. I am telling Human 1 that ordinary cat food will no longer do and I am entitled to the better stuff. Human 1 says she will get it if she gets to the payout on MyLot. Love from Freya the Catblog Catx

@Jackalyn I am glad you have trained humans who take care of you. The humans of the young cat living in the house close to ours left for Christmas vacations and I took care of him. I fed him, and kept him on my lap cuddling until he was ready to go to sleep in his little bed.

I'm sorry your Human drives you nuts with her absence. I'm glad she gave you the lowdown on why she was gone for so long. I'm glad you got petted when she returned. I hope you have a good night outside.

I have been milking this state of affairs for all it is worth and demanding the best dinners. It is also my excuse for staying as close as possible to the Human so she cannot go away again. Most of the time I aim for the laptop keyboard and if her books have some cat speak in that she misses where I have made a contribution it is her own fault, so there! I am a cat and I can. Love from Freya the Catblog Cat.

@JudyEv I did! I still cannot believe this as my family is a bit of a soap opera at the best of times. We got through with no big arguments and everyone enjoyed it. I feel very sorry for my mum in law as apparently my mum got the award for best host! This is actually something that never happens in our family.

I suppose she could. I went there in previous years but am deemed too old to travel. Also I once escaped from my basket on the motorway and scared my Human a lot as she had to stop and get me back inside. My human was shaking. I suppose on balance it is best to stay and get spoiled by Human 2 next door. Love from Freya, the Catblog Catxx

@Jackalyn I hope you don't miss travel too much. You really shouldn't go scaring your human like that. Humans do tend to worry a lot, esp. when they love you a lot like your human does. :-) Though I do understand how that could end in extra treats. ;-)

Your owner can be most selfish - putting human needs before those of all mog-kind - you were right to sit on her laptop. That'll teach her

I always do. I am very good at outside in the middle of the night and very good at catching mousies. I put one under the bed and still do not understand why Human 1 was not very happy about it. Love from Freya the Catblog Catx
