Have you tried free massage?
I have, many times.
The other day, free massage happened in my place. These were reflexologist who give free massage through the program of the provincial government.
Of course many people lined up to avail the free service. Whole body massage or holistic is good but because the area is small so half body massage only were given.
Lets try free massage.

Yes free of charge. In other occasion they also do holistic massage

Usually one session last for 20 minutes and could be extend to 30 minutes.
