Earlier this year I thought I would have a go at obtaining Avios points to get free flights. I managed to get 25,500 points to book a flight from Madeira to London in November 2108. It was for me, my son and my daughter. I had to pay around 50 pounds in airport tax. To reach Portugal I bought a flight from London to Porto and onto Madeira. The problem is peak days are in my children's term time when we are not allowed to travel. I was lucky that term began on 5th November. So therefore our day was off peak.

Actually, I am also thinking how can I travel smart. I have credit card that everytime I uses it, I get reward points in return. It is Sunday in here so I cannot talk to anyone from my credit card company. I would like to travel with my mom after my graduation. It will be a great treat for myself and for my mom. I would like her to experience riding an airplane and having a chance to get a free or even a discounted fare ticket will be of big help to make my dream come true.
