What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
I think I'm going to make macaroni and cheese in the Instant Pot. I don't have the exact recipe because my Dinner In An Instant cookbook isn't here at the moment, but I found a version of it online that I'm going to modify. This recipe has butternut squash in it and I'm totally not down with that in my mac and cheese. No thank you. Everything else looks pretty much the same except I'll be using regular pasta instead of gluten-free noodles.

Why do you need a recipe for mac and cheese? It's one of the easiest meals to make, and I'm not talking from a box either. I love making it from scratch. I wouldn't put butternut squash in mac and cheese.
I hope however you make it, it turns out perfect.
