What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! I think I'm going to make macaroni and cheese in the Instant Pot. I don't have the exact recipe because my Dinner In An Instant cookbook isn't here at the moment, but I found a version of it online that I'm going to modify. This recipe has butternut squash in it and I'm totally not down with that in my mac and cheese. No thank you. Everything else looks pretty much the same except I'll be using regular pasta instead of gluten-free noodles. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

Why do you need a recipe for mac and cheese? It's one of the easiest meals to make, and I'm not talking from a box either. I love making it from scratch. I wouldn't put butternut squash in mac and cheese. I hope however you make it, it turns out perfect.

@NJChicaa I've been thinking about getting an instant pot. I've heard a lot of good things about them.

I do for making it in the Instant Pot. The amount of liquids and cooking times are very precise. My regular mac and cheese is banging and one that people pay me big bucks to make for their parties!

We had an exhausting and busy day, so stayed home and made ribeye and potato puffs. That’s it! Hope your Mac ‘n Cheese came out just fine!

No pasta for me! I am not sure, whatever I can get Tony to eat maybe what I have too.
