Using Swagbucks e-gift cards

For the first time I redeemed Visa e-gift card from Swagbucks. I waited for a week and finally got the e-mail with my e-gift card. Problem is, I am clueless on how to use it. I did contact Swagbucks, but it might take a few days to get an answer, so I am really hoping someone can explain how these work.
Like there is something at bed, bath, and beyond, and something on ebay I would love to use my gift card for, but since I have never used one, I am totally clueless...
Help?!?!

I have no idea of what Visa e-gift card is.Anyway,it may go somewhere.

Hi @changjiangzhibin89 it's good to see you, I hope you are doing well. I figured it out (well my son did) so I spent more than half of it. An e-gift card is used like a credit card, except I don't get a plastic card but a number with the expiration date and security number.

I believe that if you find something online you want you just punch in the card number and it takes it off that way.. But I could be wrong.

But there was only a code, no 12 digit number, expiration date, or security code so I didn't know how to use it. Like I told Shaggin below, my son was able to help me, I had to choose an option, which I did and I received all the info I needed to use my e-card.

I think I will start using this option, I was using paypal (but wanted a credit card for this one site) and since Paypal turned on me, I prefer to go another route.

It is used like a credit card, but instead of a plastic card, I get the number, expiration date, and code online and use it online.

Hey, I hope you were able to request me on Facebook. And yes, I was able to figure it out. I can't remember why I went for the Visa, but I went back to redeeming the paypal card.
