cooking quail eggs

Hi, friends today I will cook quail eggs. I just bought it at the supermarket, i like quail eggs, because I think quail eggs contain lots of nutrients, I always eat it once a week, this is really good for health, I will sew it today, then I will make quail egg curry, do you like quail eggs? if you like, how will you cook it today?

They have the same taste as hens eggs, but they are smaller. I only buy hens eggs.

@leny34 The quail eggs contain 13% protein compared to 11% of hens eggs, it's a very little difference. Quail eggs are hard to find here and very expensive.

@LadyDuck but it's much better ,, You might be able to raise quails, because there are many people raising quails, and they are rich, because the sales are quite expensive.

I don't have cholesterol, so I think it's quite safe
