It's raining here. Feels gloomy and my mood too.

It's a rainy day here in NYC. Feels kinda gloomy too. Don't want to be cooped up in the house, especially since I am in a bit of a down, gloomy mood. And the weather is not helping any to make it better.
My husband told me yesterday he wants to go to his mom's for dinner tonight and he just texted me to confirm that we are indeed going there. Maybe that's a good thing because that will get me out of the house. And maybe my mood will perk up.
I hate it when my mood is gloomy or very down and I am not in the mood for anything. That's one of the worst kind of moods to be in and days to have. It does me no good.
