Airlines arghhh

My cousin was coming from USA to India. She has a stop over flight at Kuwait. Then she had yo board another flight to India from Kuwait airlines. When she reached Delhi, she found her luggage missing along with some of the fellow passengers.
The Kuwait airlines did not board their luggage on the connecting flight. She was bringing a lot of stuff from USA including mine.
Till yesterday night, there was no update about the missing luggage. I'm really upset and hope she gets the luggage back soon.

I had that experience with British Airways twice but the only relief was that I could trace my luggage. It came to my place after 20 long days. I hope she gets it soon. It can be really upsetting.

@amitkokiladitya Is she able to track it now?? You can always hold airlines for it. But if it is too many expensive things, a luggage insurance is always advised. I hope things are sorted out soon.

I certainly hope she gets her luggage back. When I left Latvia to return to the US at the end of June I left behind boxes to be sent to me and only took one large suitcase with me. That was all of the belongings I had left of 20+ years in Latvia so I was worried about that suitcase. I had to fly from Latvia to Amsterdam and then to the US. I was so happy to see my suitcase had arrived also.
