Well! Another Facebook scandal. Another privacy data breach. I don't know who Mr. Zuckerberg ("Mr. Z") pissed off or who is jealous and envious of his success but whoever they are, they are coming after this young man with a chisel, an axe, and a pitchfork! So am I to really believe that this company's information security is this CRAPPY? I don't know. Kind of looks questionable to me. More like a hatchet job or sabotage. Oh yeah! Right! Like this kind of malicious intrigue and espionage and intentional damage to an individual's company and reputation is just fiction and only happens in the movies. Hey! I'm suspicious. That's just too many “incidents” happening one right behind the other. Looks like a planned and coordinated effort. Of course this is just my opinion. I could be wrong. The guy could be just plain careless with people's information. At any rate, when you're the one at the top, the buck stops at your desk.

I find the incidents they knew about for couple of weeks or months before saying anything rather worrying

I guess someone has to be responsible.

According to the article, it is a bug that they discovered... and that 1500 apps were exploiting ! It is like if everybody was aware of it, except Facebook. At this level FB is guilty to not have noticed it before.
